ORLANDO, Fla. —Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando and other theme parks across Central Florida plan to reopen Saturday after Hurricane Matthew passes through the region.
All theme parks and many entertainment activities are closed Friday because of the storm.
All four Walt Disney World parks - Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios - will open at 8 a.m. Saturday, according to the park's website.
Legoland Florida will be open during its normal operating hours from 10 a.m to 8 p.m. Brick or Treat, the park's Halloween celebration, will also go on as planned, according to a park spokesperson.
Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and City Walk will resume normal operating hours on Saturday, according to the park's website. Universal Studios will open at 8 p.m., and Islands of Adventures will open at 9 a.m. City Walk will open at 11 a.m.
Halloween Horror Nights, which canceled its Friday night events, will resume on Saturday.
